I am on the CAD team. Every time i would ask a stupid question, the CAD lead would always "Figure it out!" This was probably said around 100 times in the six week time period.
At the end of the year, we had a paper plate awards ceremony. We would write famous quotes, nicknames, etc. The paper plate that i received had the quote "Figure it out!" on the front and a really long calculus equation on the back. Unfortunately i couldn't figure it out. Anyway, that was the quote that was said to me a lot.
