The Neverest motor wires are more like 16 gauge wire, while the tetrix motor wires are something like 18 gauge. My FTC team use s 15 amp and 30 amp powerpoles exclusively- the 45 amp ones are overkill for our application. We get ours from powerwerx- for your situation, I get 50 or so of the 30 amp contacts.

Also- do you have a crimping tool? Powerwerx sells a nice, racheting one. Saves us time fiddling with crimps. If this is your first time crimping powerpoles, be sure to follow the assembly instructions carefully. They can be tricky. Best of luck!
Edit: are there any local FTC teams you're in touch with? Chances are they have the parts you need, and you can offer to replace there parts when your order arrives- that'll possibly save you the cost of rush shipping them.
