I know a number of Rookie All-Star teams who use the information provided for the Chairman's Award as the basis of their Rookie All-Star "application". They would write a Chairman's Essay based on the criteria and fill in all the executive summaries for their team, and then make copies or create scrap books that include the essay and summaries for the judges.
