Some Restrictions Apply:
1. Orders must be placed online. No ‘call in’ orders. Stock items ordered by 6:00pm EST will ship the same day.
2. Orders must ship to a US or Canadian address.
3. The voucher cannot be used towards shipping fees. Orders under $49 are shipped ground to US addresses for a flat rate of $6 (a credit card (or PayPal) will be required to pay for shipping).
