As a mentor it took me about 5 min. Are you thinking students or mentors will be filling this out? Some students may know all the answers and some will not. For instance I wouldn't expect our PR students to know all the tools but they better know the sponsor info. Most students will not know total hours worked by the team i would guess.
P.S. i am willing to pass them out at the Duluth MN regional's i plan on volunteering there again and at the North Star in Minneapolis where we are competing. May also be able to send a student over to do the 10,000 lakes
