I was figuring it would be a leadership member or mentor of the team, someone who would list him/herself among the "all in" category. These individuals should know how much the team meets, and have a good clue as to the tools and techniques available. I will probably restructure the sponsor questions a bit, perhaps something like how many sponsors do you have who contribute at certain predefined values (to include labor and supplies). My purpose is to try to figure out how much support each team gets in a way that a regular member who is not the team treasurer is likely to be able to answer.
Thanks for the offer to do the poll - I figure to start recruiting in earnest for this after Christmas, when the CD traffic picks up in preparation for kickoff.
