The old talons were discontinued over a year ago. I seem to recall there may have briefly been a few discounts available on them, but the stock sold out a LONG time ago.
Echoing what others have pointed out though,
Spark controllers may be the direction you want to go if you're looking for a cheap way to emulate the old Talons.
