I am using a leptop with windows 10 to program with LabVIEW and i didnt got any problems, i had windows 8.1 before upgrading.
you probably did something worng when you installed windows 10 ...
well i
did had a problem with 2015 driver station but i reinstalled it and that worked ...
also, dont use the preview builds of windows 10 on a leptop for programming, it probably will do a LOT of problems i you ask me ...
