Yes. According to the kickoff page on FIRST, the kickoff runs from 1000-1200 EST. (that's 1500-1700Z).

We're planning the same, and inviting other local teams to join us, though we're sending a mentor to the Stennis kickoff (only 2 zip codes and one state line away!) to get our KoP.
