The passage is a vital time saver for your own alliance, so that being said, an opposing alliance member "camping" in your lane is going to be shutting you down hard. But if you're trying to go with the flow of the game, you shouldn't have to traverse your own defenses, so naturally, you're going to want to move through your passage. If an opposing alliance member is there when you're trying to move through, they're overstepping their bounds, and should want to get out of the way, for fear of being fowled. I think that's how it will play out.

There's no rule saying you can't use your own Group C defense to exit. You don't weaken them by doing so.
