A few seconds with the search function would have gotten you a number of threads talking about Network Tables. Some of those threads would have gotten you links to code posted by other teams that used Network Tables.

Search is your friend, please use it.

This WPILIB team produced document shows how to use Network tables in C and Java . I found it by searching CD for it.
