I've connected the new Radio to the correct power and put the ethernet cable in the correct spot. On the Radio, the power led is stable and the led that I think signals a connection to the computer is blinking. I'm not sure what to try to fix this issue. Ideas?

I got ours working. Try to do a few things.
The port to use is the one on the edge of the device and not the middle. You should know that already though.
Disable your firewall. My firewall blocked me from configuring ours.
Try another Ethernet cable. They can and do break.
