Basically the answer is:
http://nasa.sigmacat.com. Yeah, it's a redirect but the point is made. The great folks at NASA/KSC are providing the Servers, SOAP is providing the encoders.
If this weekend is successful, we expect it to be, then perhaps SOAP will be doing the same for Nationals. This all comes as a result from learning that Nationals are on critical path for not being streamed (the finals will, but maybe not all the Quals, and not all stages)
Hey teams, streaming is not hard. If you already have a laptop w/ USB and, say, 800MHz and 256 RAM, then the additonal hardware is < $150. Wouldn't it be great to train enough of you teams to stream your event so that 100% regionals have a webcast???!!! Stop by the booth sometime and ask for a run-through of the setup.
