I have the 2016 RobotPy image and 2016 Rio image. I updated my Pyfrc library as well.
Also, the Rio all the sudden stopped communicating with the driver station. Maybe I need to reimage the Rio again?

It means you don't have any tests. So either add tests, or use --builtin to run the builtin tests.
