Re: loading directly from brattice
With the limited number of boulders (not like RCs or AA balls, but far from unlimited), any robot that plans to move and/or score boulders needs a ground pickup anyway, and you have to drive farther to use the brattice, so why do a second loader? Actually, there is a possibility that our low-bar-capable robot will be able to load from the brattice without the ball hitting the carpet, but it's not a design requirement. We will probably not even build a brattice for our own practice, though we may if we can figure out how to do a half-court scrimmage.
