Hi,

We are trying to reflash firmware our new router to try and see if that will fix out mDNS issues. The problem is that we get stuck on the first step in the Bridge Configuration.

We get stuck on the screen where it says something along the lines of 1)Plug in ethernet 2)turn on power to router 3)Cycle power if router blinks.(Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of the screen). Eventually, that just gives a timeout error, even when following the steps exactly and trying different combinations.

We are able to configure the router so we do have a good connection with it. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Thanks bunch in advance!
