I know which screen you're talking about. Potentially stupid question, but please bear with me: when that screen popped up, did you then power cycle the router (unplug and plug in again)? Because we had our electronics powered up before I started the radio process, and the first time when I assumed that step 2 just meant to have the radio on, mine failed similarly. Once I went through it again and actually power cycled it when that screen appeared, it worked perfectly.
