I am having the exact same problem. I cannot find anyone's Questions nor any of their responses. The link to download the latest Q/A is a failed 404 error in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. I cannot even ask a question either.

I have a valid login and password and verified it via Email. While logging in, I have no problems, it's once in, I cannot download the PDF nor ask a question.

If anyone has any advice, that would be great.
