Frank intently watched every match. That's not easy to do at a small off-season event hosting more Recycle Rush. We know he isn't affiliated with any team, but he was celebrating with the teams that successfully scored stacks and showed dismay at any failed stacks. He wasn't there for work, at least he didn't seem to be. It seemed like he was there because some of the FIRST engineers were doing some work there and he decided to stop in and hang out.

I've always wanted to share this story, but just couldn't seem to find the right time to share it... I wanted everyone to know what I experienced. It's not something everyone gets to see.

Anyway, I'm also excited for this episode because Stronghold seems to one of the most well-received games ever released and I'd love to hear more about it.
I can echo this statement. I got to talk to Frank in between MCing matches at Mayhem and he was nothing but enthusiastic about the whole day (about a very small offseason). It was also cool since his son (I think it was his son...) was on one of the team's there so he really wanted to see them do well. He was a great mix between a fan and a volunteer.
