Our team uses Unfuddle.com for both software repository support and project management. They host our SVN repository of all our software and there is a ticket tracking system, messaging system, and milestone support. Commits are automatically tied to ticket numbers with keywords. There are also notebook features we haven't used yet. Currently, we keep all our software documentation (Build/Release plans, interface descriptions, controls definitions, use cases, etc.) on SVN with the software.
