Kell Robotics is the public name of FRC 1311 and is under the hood, the 501(c)3 corporation called STEM Leadership Foundation.

Some of the corporate donations received by SLF are from for profit corporations, and other donations are from non-profit 501 corporate foundation affiliated with the company.

For example, the donation from Lockheed Martin I think actually came from the Lockheed Martin Foundation.

But some donations are direct corporate donations, not foundation affiliated....
