Re: roboRIO Image mismatch
Reinstalling tools by closing eclipse, deleting the [your user profile]/wpilib/ directory, then restarting eclipse and letting the plugin copy out the folder again fixed this issue for me.

You can also update the check manually in
wpilib/cpp/current/ant/build.xml
