AM14U3 Opening kit bumpers question!
I am wondering, based on the rulings in 4.7, R19, which has a statement "... If a side is shorter than 8 in., the entire side must be protected by
BUMPER..." If you use this kit from AndyMark ( http://www.andymark.com/AM14U3-p/am-14u3-fro.htm) but the two halves of the End Sheet are less than 6", all we need to do is cover them completely in bumper and it is legal?
