The manual explicitly says the official field drawings supersede whatever nominal dimensions are in the manual.

It seems like it would have been much less confusing to just dimension all ramp depictions to be 11.75"....sigh
The team version drawings aren't intended to be exact. Being an exact duplicate of the competition field is sacrificed in favor of being able to be built easily by teams.
