We generally do. However we use breakout boards quite a bit so I need to double check it. Further data was just sent me by one of the students - it works both directions in pwm mode. I'm guessing that means it must be either:
- debris in breakout port
- an incorrect setting in the roborio talon config page - such as enabling limit switch but setting it to normally closed
I think the second one would cause this exact behavior if the switch wasn't attached.
