Hey,
Make sure you have all the firmware on your router, we ran into this issue and were able to resolve it using this guide:

It seems some of the routers may have been shipped without proper firmware, so give this a try. The instructions in this guide are geared towards FRC Teams, and takes around 20 minutes to complete.
