Pinging the radio from the roborio does work.

Ringing the DS from the roborio does work.

What setting did we overlook?
The interesting one is the last one. The others all make sense if there's an issue with the Wi-Fi connection - the DS can't get to anything, the roboRIO can get to the radio because that's a wired connection. But the last one should involve the Wi-Fi as well... What's your setup for that one? Using a development computer over USB to ssh into the roboRIO to ping the driver station that's only connected over WiFi?

I would recommend starting from scratch. Re flash the router. Check the ipv6 and ipv7 setting a for your laptops Wi-Fi and get that all set up properly. Restart everything. Ensure the laptop is connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network (and that the network is absent when the robot is turned off!). Focus everything on getting comma between the radio and the laptop first, as that's the hardest, then add in the Ethernet connection to the roboRIO - wired connections usually work really easily.
