Especially in games with obstacles and defense, such as this season’s challenge, the strength and reliability of sensors and encoders are of high importance. Especially when used on critical applications such as on the Drivetrain. The failure of an encoder can cause collisions and robot damage in Autonomous, and the failure of a limit switch can cause mechanisms to be damaged. These problems have happened to our team at competitions in previous seasons.
