That looks great! I cannot wait to see the final robot.

FRC 4607 is in the same boat in regards to the welding - we have an old TIG welder (25+ years old) that is really touchy and very temperamental. So much so that we had to borrow a TIG from our HUB partner 5542 (RoboHerd).

We do have students working alongside of our mentors, but since the machines are touchy (or not ours) we have two of our mentors welding it. Not the way I would prefer, but for this season it is the way that it is. Hopefully before next season we can afford to purchase a new TIG or Spool for our GMAW for the students to weld with.

Our first rendition of the Frame was all riveted together - but we knew that this would not hold up during the rigorous nature of StrongHold.
