The name of the service installed with the update suite is called "NI mDNS Responder Service". You can check if its in the services list and if its running. Its installed to "C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\mDNS Responder\nimdnsResponder.exe"

We switched our roboRIO to a static IP and put the address we set it to into the hosts file to avoid mDNS issues.
