I've never heard of a Victor SB, nor a Victor motor. If you mean a Victor SP controller, same recipe. Go to a vendor (again, Vex sells them), find the product page, and look through the links, especially the "Docs and Downloads" tab. The quick start guide includes calibration procedures on page 6.
