Re: Bumper rules

A piece of wood is not a BUMPER. So if you add wood to the outside of your "frame", that extends your FRAME PERIMETER to include those pieces of wood - and it would be included in the 120" measurement and the ROBOT weight. And then you have to install complete BUMPERS (wood, noodles, cloth covering, numbers) outside the wood pieces.
