Team 128 is having the exact same problem- when we enter a 7th talon into our loop our robot won't work properly. Only two of our CIMS are working, and the rest of the talons read that they are drawing 0 amps. The lights corrected themselves once we re-imaged the roboRIO, so I recommend trying that
