I should clarify that we do plenty of quantitative scouting as well, and I agree that hard data is really useful. The things I listed are things that I find it's helpful to take notes on qualitatively, although they certainly can be tracked quantitatively. Scouting can definitely vary a lot from team to team, and we like to combine our data with more subjective opinions.
