Looks like they have finally updated the NI website:
http://www.ni.com/download/first-rob...-2016/5773/en/. Although the release date still says 01/06/2016, the download name is now
FRCUpdateSuite_2016.1.0 instead of FRCUpdateSuite_2016.0.0 that was previously posted.
