If you'll read other Handbook's you'll notice that many team use general terms about their team administration and codes and not a just a spesific year. Notice when you write your own Handbook- it's ok to use other teams ideas but try to align to your team's way of managment. It is also a good way to intoruce new "codes" to your team.
