I like the Octagonal (ish) shape and the tire configuration. Very nice way to get 3 tires that are large but still allow you to have a robot that is less than 3X long front to back.
What are those, 12" wheels? Bigger maybe?
What are your ratios (hi/low gear)?
Looks like a no nonsense design.
