Just go to Andymark's page for the
Rhino module, go under the downloads tab, and download the STEP file. You can open the STEP and only take the pulley you want (at least I can on Solidworks, don't know about other CAD software but there should be similar functionality).
You might want to check with your sponsor to see if STEP files are ok though.
