TBA has an API (
http://www.thebluealliance.com/apidocs) that could be hepful for that.
I wrote one that takes a list of teams, and returns there average quals score, and average elimination matchs score, as well as five youtube videos from their last event. I don't know if it still works, but it's at

I don't know how hard it would be to change it to do what you want, but your welcome to try.
