Excel works good

I usually just take notes and get eyes on bots minimum 2 ahead for for future partners and one ahead for competitors (sometimes they are the same) and keep an eye out for others we do not face that can "help"

I think this year there is so much to track so I'm keeping it really simple as to not get stat overloaded.

Can they help us? What uniqueness do they offer? Would we want then on our alliance? What do they get stuck with? Any Auto? Any Scale/challenge?

The rest to me is fluff. I like to simplify.KISS.

I think reliability, teamwork and consistency will be huge this year..even more than most years.
