I reviewed this a bit last night and again tonight. I agree that the field was assembled correctly but for one thing, and it may have been related to a few missing field pieces that were rumored to have not shipped or misplaced(such as the capture indicator flags).

In GE-16097 (page 158 of the 'latest' field drawings) there are two diagonal-based polycarbonate panels called out. Item 4 (GE-16101) was correct and in-place on both sides of the field. Item 6 (GE-16103) was completely absent from both sides of the field. Item 6 would have prevented the boulder jams. You really have to zoom in on the main assembly drawing (GE-16097) to see that there are 2 polycarbonate panels that are supposed to be there.
