Shockingly (Get it? Pun intended) it cleared inspection by multiple inspectors. I'm not sure what the "COTS exemption" is but the circuit works and is very safe. It is held securely inside of a larger protective case and I don't personally think it poses anymore of a hazard than someone strapping a lithium-ion battery inside of a laptop, phone, or tablet onto their robot.

More details and specifics about the circuit to come. We just got done with our event. It was a blast and we had a crazy amount of fun.
