As a ref this year, if there's an off-season event anywhere near where I live currently (Northern California), I will volunteer to help test this system.

I will add that I am one of the people who doesn't necessarily see this as the right solution to the problem, but I want to see what areas of an event are affected positively and negatively and how to improve from there.
