We have been having trouble with our Xbox 1 controller. Alone it seems to be OK, but we have a second controller with more buttons. When both are plugged in, the DS often crashes. We switched Xbox1 controllers and it worked better. We thought it was bad firmware in the first one, but then the second one started behaving the same way. We borrowed an Xbox360 controller for the rest of the competition.

We were at WPI and showed it to Brad Miller, the WPILib guy. He was talking to the DS maintainer so at least they know about the issue.
