We actually had a video review at THOR in 2014. In elims one alliance thought that the refs missed a high goal score. We went back in the stream and watched the match again (It was kinda weird watching something that had just happens) and found that the refs had been right and nothing was changed. The teams were relatively satisfied with the outcome iirc.

Since I'm not an offseason coordinator anymore I can't offer an event to the pilot, just wanted to show that it has been done at offseasons in the past and has worked.
