My team is looking for a scouting app. An example of what we want is something like

Here are the features we need:
- "Decent" User Interface
- Data inputted can be accessed readily easily (cannot require you to make some complicated database yourself...)
Here are some optional feature:
- Offline capabilities (not necessary though)
