My first-year team is really confused after getting a sketchy email from MAR, so I just want to clarify:
If a team has won the rookie all star award at a district tournament, does this mean that they are eligible to compete with their stronghold robot at the district championship, or only that they are eligible to give the presentation for the rookie all star award? Thanks in advance!
