Hello!
I'm from team 1515 and we created MorScout. You mentioned that you would like to collaborate with other teams for scouting at a regional, and MorScout makes this really easy!
MorScout allows teams to share their scouting data with other teams, and by doing so, all teams at a particular event can see scouting data made by other teams. This is done using MorScout's centralized server at http://www.scout.morteam.com. You can also download MorScout on the Apple iOS and Google Play app stores. We hope you get a chance to use it!
