Quick question though- how do teams collect information for pit scouting on Android / Web platforms? I'm able to edit the form on the web, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to enter pit scouting data. I'm probably just missing something obvious.

If you go to the "all teams" or "team list" page and click on a team, you should be able to pit scout them.
