No. Which makes sense as some volunteers of the year aren't associated with a team. And the
stated reason to add a banner for Woodie Flowers Finalists to earn a banner is to recognize the connection with the team and it is something for the team to be proud of. (paraphrasing)
And yes, a team should be proud if one of their mentors wins Volunteer of the Year. But it is more being proud of someone you know because it is about activities that occur outside of the team. Just like the other mentors and student team members were excited for me when my books came out. It's really cool, but not a team thing.
